It sounded to me like Obama is selling us a benign dictatorship. Gotta get things done to “help” working folks, yes siree.
Obama is trying to put up as much framework as he can as quickly as he can - a dictatorship need a structure in place before they take over
I’m not sure “benign” is the operative word.
