Typical AP. New Hampshire would be the 5th state, after Alaska, Arizona, Vermont, and Wyoming. Not the 4th state. I note that they did not include Montana, which is almost constitutional carry, and make the state in the freedom friendly direction.

Hard to believe, there are some states, like CA, NY etc, who have such intrusive controlling governments, they can actually prohibit law abiding individuals from protecting themselves and their families. These controlling, intrusive dangerous laws, do nothing but minimize their safety and put millions of these law abiding citizens at great risk.

I wonder what effect this change would have on non-resident licenses? I obtained one because the state reciprocity meant I could carry in several states not covered by my Ohio resident license.
