Richard Cordray started his new job on Thursday as director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Though he may wear that fancy new title, he lacks the statutory power and constitutional authority of the office.

On Wednesday, after the Senate adjourned for one day, President Obama unilaterally installed Mr. Cordray to the CFPB and added three members to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), claiming these were “recess appointments” even though the Senate was in pro-forma session, not recess.

King obuma wants chaos, violence and death. It’s the SOP of every meglomaniac and their fanatical followers who try to seize dictatorial control. But their insane meglomania destroys their ability to see any bad consequences of their actions. Qaddhafi found that out the hard way.

Qaddafi’s life ended face-down on the hood of an SUV. It’s believed a militia member killed him with the gold-plated gun Qaddafi wore.

His elitist guards were dragged into the streets and shot and hanged. His chief of the army was butchered in Tripoli. His mercenaries were gunned down, and the city they lived in was destroyed. The army officers loyal to Qaddafi were hunted down. Today, thousands of Qaddafi loyalists are sitting in private jails run by militias. Their fate is unknown.

What happened in Libya has terrified the criminal fascist syndicate in Washington. More than half of Libya’s army deserted the Tripoli government after Qaddafi ordered them to fire on Libyan civilians. They joined the provincial militias, which is equivalent to our states’ guard.

The entire Libyan incident has scared the crap out of Washington.

Writing an editorial is doing NOTHING. I am correct and in a week when nothing has been done about this... not even statements against obama... I will be proved correct. boehner has NEVER done anything but lie to the base and conspire with satan behind closed doors... super committee proves that point.

The House has grounds too, because they must concur on when a recess occurs. This issue isn't about the appointments, it's about Obama grabbing the power to determine when Congress is or is not in recess.
