Just from the excerpts of the article, it does not exactly sound like he’s endorsing Newt. Just that he singled him out for some extra laudatory praise. That’s not an endorsement.

I agree. I think the headline is misleading.

it does not exactly sound like hes endorsing Newt. Just that he singled him out for some extra laudatory praise. Too late. It's already gone viral, and Rush is talking about it now. It's an endorsement, whether Todd meant it that way or not.

Ah, someone here who actually reads an article before commenting - kudos to you, and no sarcasm attached. The reason I say that, is because the comments on FR are becoming more and more like a left-wing website - more snark and insults and less positive discussion of the actual topic.
Todd P is free to make his statement if someone asks him a question. He and his family have endured more attacks in the past few years that no one should have had to experience, for no other reason than they were conservatives in the spotlight. I just didn't expect the same attacks to come from Frepers.

Did you miss the first line of the excerpt? It says flat out it was an endorsement.
Maybe you're unhappy he endorsed someone other than your choice of candidate.
