The only ones to make money in these situations are the lawyers, and they will still have to comply with the law. We have for too long accepted that an idiot bureaucrat or Judge can make law, and Congress has been more than willing to let them.

We let 541 Congressmen, 100 Senators, 1 President and 9 Supreme Court Justices control a population of 300,000,000, a large portion of which will soon be expendable under health care restructuring.
