Need legal action ASAP. Clearly unconstitutional. Legislation is purely symbolic unless we get all repub in WH and congress.

Either 0 rejects the bill, then needing a 2/3 to pass...good luck
Or he accepts the bill thus completely messing up any future Republican presidents who try to stop an obstructing democrat led house (and lets face it, not this time, but sometime it could happen).
Either way at the end of the day the Supreme Court has already ruled that this is acceptable so anything signed now wouldn’t affect No-bama’s appointments.
