A Framingham District Court judge today ordered the release of the on-duty driving records of the Framingham cop who busted President Obama’s illegal-alien half-uncle on a drunken-driving rap this summer.

Onyango Obama’s defense team will receive the records they’d requested on Val Krishtal, the veteran patrolman who pulled the man over after nearly rear-ending him when he turned into traffic.

I’ve known a couple of guys that get lots of tickets but always get them thrown out. Every time they get one, they pay their attorney (One had a fixed price of $250 per ticket) and the attorney always found some technicality. Every single time, so far. It’s always something. Radar gun had not been calibrated within the required period and other such technicalities.
