YEP...what you said about NEWT....he reminds me of high level execs who to others seem cocky....but, actually are very, very good at what they do....they are NOT always the nicest, easiest people to work with, though.

The problem with Newt in the past is that he gets even more cocky with more power. He gets distracted and giddy.
