Bill Kristol is an idiot.
People forget how forceful Reagan was. He was likeable after they saw him in the debates.
Newt is a big teddy bear. He’s the bambino. He will be likeable in time. He evolving before our eyes, probably much like Churchill.
Also, he’s been on the national stage so long we take him for granted.
Plus, this dimwit Kristol doesn’t realize that Newt is coming in as the outsider, not the establishment guy.
Santorum is flaky. He’s the guy in grade school who came in with the brand new white gym shoes, and everybode would smear them with mud.
