To: US Navy Vet

Right now I’m eating homemade pizza topped with pieces of leftover grilled chicken... Yummmm. A bread machine makes preparing the pizza dough a snap. After that, it’s fifteen minutes of prep and 20 minutes in the oven.

Thank you for the reminder that I need to put some pizza dough ingredients in the breadmaker. Bought a 5 lb. bag of mozzeralla and 3 lbs. of pepperoni last trip to Sam's.

Does your favorite recipe have you bake the crust somewhat before you add the topping and bake some more?
