Just got back from visiting our daughter and family in Istanbul. The thing I missed most was salted butter. All they could buy was the unsalted kind. My southern roots are showing.
I only use salted butter no matter what the recipe says. And we’ve switched to Breakstone because it has the best flavor. For a while, Land O Lakes had an Ultra Creamy that was super good, but our supermarket no longer carries it.
