There is always an adult with the girls when they sell cookies. Tell the adult why, not the girls.
Excellent point. An awful lot of little girls are unaware of any of this and are even in troops where the leaders deliberately avoid and shelter them from the agenda driven stuff. No need for them to get the short end of the stick from both the Girls Scouts and everyone they ask to buy a cookie.
