Was your “more organic diet” lower in refined carbs or no carbs at all? I’m PCOS and trying to get back on the low carb wagon, I feel like my symptoms are less when I do. Haven’t tried avoiding plastics, though.

I follow a low GI diet, which sucks but works. I avoid sugar, corn products, white potatoes, wheat, etc. I also avoid fake sugars as well. I find that fake sugars elicit the same sugar cravings as real sugar, plus since I have stopped using them I also feel better. Avoid soy as much as possible. This means that you might have to make some things yourself. My diet is high in fat and protein, but another side effect is that my arthritis does not bother me anymore. My cholesterol levels are perfect and I eat eggs and pork sausage most mornings. Find a local farm and get eggs and meat from them. We found a local couple that don't use antibiotics (unless the animal really needs it and then the animal is not slaughtered for a while so that they are out of its system) or growth hormones, and their chickens are allowed to scratch and eat what they are supposed to eat. Watch out for “free range” eggs in the store. That is a lie. Plus store-bought eggs come from chickens that have been fed soy. It's the same with the meat that you buy. Those animals have been fed corn and soy. Long winded. . . sorry! I also have regular chiropractic adjustments and my chiro does STEM and ultrasound on my lower back. This encourages healing and discourages inflammation, which is what is happening in your ovaries. If I think of anything else I'll pm you.
