Romney will be standing on a stage with his wife who has been struggling with MS for years. The optics do not look good for Newt trying to attract female evangelicals and conservatives. Santorum could be the chief beneficiary for such women looking for an anti Romney candidate.
So Romney will get the MS vote. I think there are probably more swingers than women with MS in S. Carolina. Could be close. MS evangelist swingers will probably go to Santorum.
