What's even better is I've worked with some gay men who WILL NOT vote for Obama because of the Economy, Obamacare and one of them is pro-life. They think these issues trump “gay rights”. They voted for Obama last time.

Which was Newt's point. If gay marriage is your defining issue, vote for Obama. If you want a better economy, vote for Newt.

Exactly. And I think some of those voters will respond to that sort of straight-talk. Those gay men that I worked with were for gay marriage and went with that sort of wink-wink they thought they got from Obama that said “Gay rights” including gay marriage nationally were his top first term priorities. I don't agree with them but they are funny and easy enough to get along with and Obama’s lost them. Ha ha!
