Do what I do: remember the names of the FReepers whose posts you think are a waste of time. Glance at the bottom to see its author before you start to read, and if it's by such-and-such or so-and-so, just scroll down to the next post and save yourself the aggravation.
I used to wish for an "ignore this poster" option on FR, especially as I'd gotten so used to it on other forums. But over the years, I've come to really appreciate its absence. I believe it makes me a better FReeper. On FR, I have to take resonsibility for what I post and for what I read.

Definitely true. I think Newt can still win there, but it won’t be as huge a victory as SC (at least as the earlier polls indicated. I am not checking the results every few minutes right now).
