Newt Gingich is winning by talking issues and his radical, “grandiose” plans to save and restore our Republic.

Really. Dosn't Rick Santorum consider the Presidency a "grandiose" position? Rick as much as admitted that Newt was a bigger man for the job.

As God is my witness, I will not argue religion any more on this thread.

But I do want to talk about Callista’s hair.

LOL...or we could talk about

8 Minutes of Newt Gingrich at the Greenville SC Ham House Today

Inspiring!

To all who are reduced to talking about Newts’ wife hair, you are limiting your snarky remarks.

Newt does have daughters, maybe there something crappy you can say about THEM.

I think she is deliberately trying to look old and unattractive on the campaign trail! Only explanation I have!

Perhaps she is channeling Jackie O?

Let me just say that I’ve been reading posts hoping to read the resulsts of the SC primary as that is the title of the thread. I am also a Catholic and I don’t know about your priest, but mine says that we have an all-forgiving G*d. I’m a sinner and ask Him to help me be a better person and Christian daily. I have no reason at all to not believe Newt when he says that he has asked for forgiveness and has repented, he means it.

You asked earlier to prove he had an annulment - here’s an except from an article on “Faith and Family - the Magazine and Blog of Daily Catholic Living”:

“Having been thrice married, one of the larger hurdles for Gingrich was going through the annulment process. Still, even there, Gingrich was impressed with the Church.

“Through that, I experienced the Church judicial structure and how it worked,” he said.

Another hurdle was the Eucharist.

“The biggest part was to fully accept transubstantiation and realize that when the priest says, ‘the Body of Christ,’ that you’re participating in the re-presenting of the Last Supper.”

On March 29, 2009, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Washington, D.C., Gingrich was received into the Church.

“One great emotional moment for me at the Basilica was just before Easter when they receive everyone who is going to join the Church,” said Gingrich. “There were 4,000 people at Mass. I went and stood next to Monsignor Rossi and Washington Archbishop Donald Wuerl and saw this sea of humanity, of which I was a tiny part. It was a powerful integrating moment.”

What remains foremost in Gingrich’s mind from the day of his reception is “the sense of joy and receptivity.”

Please do not respond to me - I really don’t want to get in a discussion with you about this. I just wanted to answer your request about Newt’s annulment.

Have a nice day,
SC

As long as all 3 stay in (not counting Paul), steel will sharpen steel.

You're dead wrong.

Unlike what libtards believe about the economy, this is a zero sum game.

There is a finite pool of voters consisting of Ron Paul diehards, Mitt Romney moderates and conservatives who are currently split between Gingrich and Santorum.

Romney's game plan is that both Santorum and Gingrich stay in and continue to split the conservative vote.

It's time for Rick Santorum to get out. He can't win and only acts as a spoiler, helping Romney.

Per Fox News SC officials are looking into the fake Gingrich emails sent out to people saying he forced with wife to get an aborion. I heard Fox discussing with WSJ Romney lovers this morning how Santorum used to work with Newt and bashed his leadership style in the last debate (1-19-2012) backing up the Romney attack ad with his campaign mgr. and Molinari saying this is why the Speaker had to be removed. Mark Levin already disputed this account on 1-18-2012 radio show and says that is not the true reason Newt was removed and Talent and Molinari were cowards and did not support Newt against the Dems attacks. This is important to remember and be able to dispute because Fox and others are jumping on this BIG TIME to discredit Newt. Especially since Santorum is backing up the Romney attack ad regarding Newts chaotic leadership and why he had to be removed. At 25:50 in the audio of Mark Levin's radio show on 1-18-2012 he explains the truth about why Newt was removed as Speaker and we all need to be prepared.

We haven’t seen the ‘real ugly’ begin.

However, I believe Newt has what it takes to navigate through it and survive....but he will need our help and our resolve.

HIya MagUSNRET!

No TV here today because I’m sick of pundits!!! I’ll watch once the polls close. Maybe C-SPAN, maybe CNN, likely NOT Faux!

Thanks very much, for asking - I’ve barely coughed today! (Knocking on wood). 77 degree, sunny weather helped a lot yesterday -— I sat outside in the sun all afternoon!

I’m still saying prayers for Newt. Sure hope he wins and that he wins BIG!

Mine cost $400. Fill out a form and send a check to the local Diocese and bingo! annulled!!

Catholic Church annulment was even cheaper than the dirtbag lawyer fees.

[ I wonder why FR shifts doctrinally in the winds like that. Is it just that different people are checking in? Or is it that people equivocate that much? I know Sen. Santorum has had strong, solid support on FR as well as name calling and bashing. It is odd. At any rate, we should adjust the turret and turn the fire on Romney and Paul and Obama at the of the day.]

It could just be human nature. When in doubt, scream and shout. When you are losing the argument, lam-bast your opponent.

Also, we have been conditioned non-stop by LSM, Alinsky radicals, and some TV sitcoms that the appropriate way to deal with disagreements is to name call and slap-down instead of discussing the issues.

I think the fire should be turned on Obama and Romney. Once Romney is out the other 3 can duke it out, and let the chips fall where they may.

What has largely been ignored on this board is the precision with which Newt answered the early question about South Carolina's economy. Three bullets. Nobody else came close.

I hope it wasn't lost on the good people of South Carolina.
