I will keep a tough public promise, and say nothing negative toward NEWT today, as a measure of the man I am and of self control that I believe I have.

Will you promise likewise here for the sake of Conservative Unity, i.e. to also withhold any further negative comments about Rick Santorum until the polls close today, things like "he would make a terrible president"?

Is it a deal? I challenge you to it.

Can you step up to the plate? And join me in either saying something nice about your own respective candidate (positive) or otherwise train fire only on Romney, Paul and Obongo?

Apparently you have not been on many other threads here lately, especially the ones written by Jim Robinson himself.

I am all for unity. I call out the nasty posters who run down Newt, and lift santorum to a pedestal where he does not deserve to be.

You see, I know a great amount of detail about Santorum and his record when he was a Senator. I stand by what I say. And like Newt Gingrich, I tell it as I see it, which is why I like him so much.

You have a problem with honesty and call it being nasty, then by all means. I must be “nasty” then.
