Eric Erickson a@ Redstate believes Romney backers will be promoting Santorubachmannhuckaby in order to slow Newt down in Florida. If this proves accurate, the RINO wing will use Santorum at least for awhile in Florida against Newt.
I just don’t know if Newt can be knocked out in Florida. The base will catch the wave and be in full REBELLION after seeing the dread and hatred for Newt is now palpable, and that his enemies are proving to be the same as ours.

I do believe Newt just picked up 25 delegates in SC. I am very worried about Fla. Bush may endorse Romney, Romney has already spent 7 MILLION on ads, West made some comments that were not flattering to Newt (earlier). On to some other less favorable states AFTER Fla...Nevada, Colorado and Minn. I wish the GOP would change their primary system. Newt is off the ballot in Va:( we need to fight hard on every blog we can go to and send money to Gingrich. This is a MUST win! We have two choices..Romney which is Obama lite or Newt. Let’s pray for a great debate on Monday and more standing ovations for Newt. The fight has just begun...I am basking in the glory tonight but know the war is just beginning. GOOOOO NEWT!!! WOOT! WOOT!
