As suggested I looked up the gossip on Sandy Hume and the possibility that he had a homosexual relationship with Paxon.

The story suggested that Sandy had done a story on the failed coup to get Newt out as speaker which motivated someone to threaten to out Sandy and Paxon, or to actually out them.

Dick Armey was the number one suspect and Newt was also mentioned.

Armey is from around these parts and has a lot of snake in him. If anyone did dirty dealings, I’d put my money on him.

However, Brit apparently feels that Newt had a part and this would, of course, explain Brit’s hatred of Newt.

I hope Newt didn’t have a part in such a thing and, if anybody did, I would guess Armey.

Thanks for the background on Hume’ son and Paxon.

It is clear something was off with Hume tonight.

BTW, tonight’s win would not have been possible without Rick Perry’s sacrifice. He proved himself to be a great man.

I hope Newt helps Perry to fight off the Feds.
