I just heard the skeleton on CNN say there was a 33% increase in voters in S.C. over 2008. Is this true and what does it all mean?

Well, it’s an open primary, so Democrats or maybe Independent former Democrats could have crossed over. That’s interesting if true though because I thought turnout stayed flat in IA and I don’t recall NH, maybe a little up. Maybe the publicity of each primary is just popularizing the next one.

Someone posted 433,000 to 600,000 vote total increase. That's slightly over 33%. About 38 %.
