It’ll keep people who aren’t seriously voting home, like Ron Paul supporters.
But, I dont’ think it’ll keep those who care about the future of their country home. These people will walk through a war-zone, if necessary.
I think it will add to Newt’s possible lead.
That is what I think, the Newt supporters won’t let a little rain stop them . . . the others, not so much and should depress their final result percentages. Go Newt.
