Polls open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is an open primary (Dems can cross over and do their mischief). Delegates (25 total) selected by Congressional District (2 for each district, winner-take-all within the 7 Districts), and then the remainder being statewide.

The GOP needs to get their act together on the primaries. Open primaries, same day registration, no voter ID, corrupt the system. Any state with open primaries or same day registration should be forced to move their primaries to the end of the process.
