Yes...I did do it back in ‘07, and I believe I was the first one, but perhaps not. No problem...it’s one of those things that several people could have come up with independently.

Thanks for the inspiration. I thought "turned me on to a Newt" worked better for a bumper sticker than the strict Python-esque "into a Newt." I'm still looking into converting the Statue of LIberty design (and some variants) into t-shirts and other items.

I'd dig out the old three-color press from the basement, but this is not a job for screen printing.

Or maybe I'll just have some t-shirts and stickers printed up. I have them made for a lot of the youth groups I work with - some in fairly large quantities.

Sorry, didn’t mean to steal a tagline! I’ve actually been using “She turned me into a Newt . . . backer!” (I was going to say “Newt . . . supporter” until I decided that sounded like a jockstrap! LOL! Mine was totally Python-inspired. Just popped into my head a couple of weeks ago. (Or maybe I saw someone else’s tag and subconsciously decided I liked it. Who knows!)
