Newt said he would be ok with Obama's use of a teleprompter during the debates.
Hume doesn’t think Gingrich has not the ability to change minds. All a candidate has to do is honestly expose (since the main stream media did not) and vett Obama consistently and in a comprehensive way during the general election, and it would be over for Obama. It’s not hard to do for a candidate like Newt Gingrich. Hume is blind.
What is with Brit today?
He seems like a different person.
Usually he exudes a very aura of subdued wisdom.
He’s coming across as a partisan, and a rather worried one at that.
Newt was an “Informative Action” graduate; the antithesis of Obama.
Newt doesn’t need seven debates, and he knows Omuslim won’t agree to that. All Newt needs is a couple of debates to tear the Muslim/Marxist a new one.
Newt was able to win the SC debate in the first 5 minutes!
I’d actually like to see what names he comes up with for “57 states with one to go”.....
I saw and heard Brit’s parting shot from 10 minutes or so ago.
It was not pretty.

You may or may not know the Beltway insider background for this blatant animosity for Newt Gingrich, but there’s a current thread on FR from Gawker website which details it in all its sorry ambiguity. I don’t believe a word of it.
They spend month after month bashing Newt and then say, Gee, he shouldn’t be the nominee, his negatives are too high! I really see no difference at all between Fox and any of the other “news” channels anymore.

First time I had tuned into FOX in over two weeks and it, unfortunately, was just at the time Hume was praising Romney as the only consistently strong finisher thus far. Hume is just one of the reasons I won’t make the mistake of turning them on again until maybe December.
Won’t happen and in fact I think conservatives are going to be disappointed with the sanitized debates the America public will see. All the questions will be screened and moderators will be Obambi sycophants - the Gingrich handlers will have him on a short leash. Romney of course will be polite and look wooden.
Obama agrees to debates but only if he can ascend from above (hidden wires), with trupet blaring, and only if he can have Greek pillars behind him on stage.
Newt agree to the terms but only if he get a diet pepsi just before each debate.
Right, Obama won’t agree. Gingrich highballs Obama expecting to get half that number.
I hope Speaker Gingrich is committed to his promise to follow Obama around and rebut every speech he makes!
