The media will really hate Newt because he is against SOPA.

Well I'm a member of a country club
Country music is what I love
I drive an old Ford pick-up truck
I do my drink-in from a dixie cup
Yea I'm a bona-fide dancin' fool
I shoot a mighty mean game of pool
At any honky-tonk roadside pub
I'm a member of a country club

Now wait just a minute ..... I thought Harry Reid said the Tea Party was all but dead .... and I’ve heard a number of very ‘smart’ pundits say the Tea Party was in decline. What’s going on here? :-) </sarc>

I went to the link and read it all. They raise a good point about Newt’s terrible favorability numbers.

However, the article argues that can’t be fixed because he has an already very high name ID.

I think that’s hogwash.

All he needs to do is truly explain who he is and counter the media and leftist attacks, which he does well.

Weill it be harder for him to win than somebody with not as much baggage? Sure. But, I think he will because his ideas and skills significantly mollify that issue.

Let us not be complacent or lose our focus. They will re-double their efforts to foist their appointed one on us by any means possible.

*************
It will. But the Establishment has a problem because they only have Romney— and he can’t even release his tax return. WHY?

What Obama was going to do to Romney- Newt will do first.

If Newt wins Florida, I would not be surprised if the Tea Party tries to draft Paln.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if the leftwing media tres to bring Paln int the mix to screw things up.

"Like he doesn’t know how to play ball with the GOP Establishment?"

That is what The GOP Establishment is afraid of....NEWT DOES know how to play ball....and the RULES they have made....and, maybe, just maybe, they know he will turn it all upside down.

I want the establishment of both parties panicked.

To the degree that the establishment of both parties hate Gingrich that is the degree to which he is the right candidate.

His statement tonight was gracious towards to other republican candidates and laid out who the BEAT OBAMA.

Newt Gingrich has a 100% name ID, has a 60% national unfavorable number and it’s a number so high that with the 100% name ID it’s impossible to come back from.

The misspelled "Barack Obama" in the first sentence.
