I went to the link and read it all. They raise a good point about Newt’s terrible favorability numbers.
However, the article argues that can’t be fixed because he has an already very high name ID.
I think that’s hogwash.
All he needs to do is truly explain who he is and counter the media and leftist attacks, which he does well.
Weill it be harder for him to win than somebody with not as much baggage? Sure. But, I think he will because his ideas and skills significantly mollify that issue.
Let us not be complacent or lose our focus. They will re-double their efforts to foist their appointed one on us by any means possible.
