There was no admission of wrongdoing by Newt. It wasn’t a fine. He agreed to pay the cost of the investigation.
I should add that as of Saturday Romney was still claiming Newt was fined even though he knows it is a lie.
I know - now, to just get these facts out to the voters!!!
