I have not watched a speech by this man yet and the only speech and first speech by this man I will look forward to watching is his concession speech in November 2012.

No. Obama is telling us about the plight of teachers.
Changing our unemployment system to a reemployment system that puts people to work! oh swoon! He is profoundly brilliant. Now teachers by the thousands are getting laid off. A child and dreams. A teacher working tirelessly digging into their own pocket to make a differnce! Give them the resources to keep good teachers on the job! Teach creativity and passion! Praise Allah.
Education. Teachers work tirelessly with less pay.
More resources for teachers. Rewards. Replace those that are not doing their jobs.

I’m sorry. My copy of the Constitution is old. I can’t seem to find the part where education is a federal concern.
I guess if China didn't tariff out exports this wouldn't be necessary. I don't think a new agency is needed just apply tariffs to retaliate against those that tariff our exports. Not rocket science, the USA lived off of tariffs the first 80 years of its existence.
That sure fit this speech.
