If it was determine Obama was ineligable to hold the office of President then everything he did as President would be null and void?

No. He was sworn in as President. The laws he signed will remain in force.

Maybe and maybe not. We're in an increasingly post-Constitutional era.

But anyway, it's not going to happen. Obama is loving this.
