What makes you think the judge is ticked off? He appears calm to me by his body language. He seems to be interested and following along.
I hope the judge is just being efficient so he does not get overturned for some technically of his own.
General rule -don’t tick off the judge. I just hope he doesn’t get impatient with Orly’s line of questioning. She is a little circuitous - like she’s trying to prove a case rather than just present a case.
