What did that last guy say about the Bates stamp starting at 01 at 12:00:01 on January 1? Did anybody catch that? Was that about the Bates stamp, or what?

All UNIX based computer systems (UNIX/Linux) and maybe even Microsoft as well, calculate time in seconds or microseconds from an agreed upon moment in time, know as "the epoch".

That moment in time is 01/01/1970 00:00
