Orly Taitz was to submit her testimony in writing and I assume the record will be left open until that submission. No time line was stated for its submission in open court, but I assume she will have a day or two at least to submit it. Then a decision will be made.
I think it is an advisory decision which the Georgia Secretary of State would then consider and approve or modify as the record warrants.
A statement from the SOS that you proceed at your own peril by not showing up is merely a warning that you may suffer the consequences of not rebutting testimony offered, or of not submitting factual grounds to support the addition of Obama on the ballot.
