Pelosi backed down yesterday and said she “had” nothing that wasn’t in the public record and now she wants the whole thing to go away. She probably heard from some lawyers, including, possibly, government legal counsel because I would suspect that her comments could have amounted to an ethics violation by a sitting congresscritter. And remember, the Dems aren’t in charge there anymore.
