I don’t get how he can even say what he did, given the text of the Constitution on the matter...

I’m sure he’ll insist on it though, regardless of our “lyin’ eyes”.

Because people like him don't know our Constitution, the media and the Democrats can pretty much do anything they want, because the vast majority of Americans don't know any better.

The Constitution is bookmarked in all the browsers on all my computers. I taught it to my children (homeschooled). We should all do the same.
