Before you get the zot, I’d like to try and educate you.

The Georgia case is about whether or not Obama meets the definition of a Natural Born Citizen, which our SCOTUS has in the past determined to mean mommy and daddy were US citizens.

Obama does not meet this requirement.

See - I didn’t even have to speculate on where he was born.

And yes, little old Georgia can threaten to keep Obama’s name off of he ballot. The fact that he is already president does not remove their obligation to enforce their own laws. As stupid as that sounds, this is what Obama’s attorney argued.
