I believe the one he currently has has been shown to have been numerically constistent with SSNs issued in 1890 in Connecticut, a state he was never in during his childhood.

Maybe I’m missing the point somewhere, but I thought there was no SS in 1890. Or is this SS# for someone who was born in CT in 1890 and the assigned one much later in life during the establishment of SS?
