The Democrats are practicing a form of international Gerrymandering, bringing liberal voters from countries near and far to wipe out the Republican vote. This is a last stand, it is the Alamo all over again.
The rural districts do not vote 100% conservative, no district votes 100% Republican or Democrat. If we could work in the more conservative areas to spread the values of conservatism and work to raise the voter turnout, we could make a difference in the state wide races. The Democrat do everything they can go get out their vote, we need to do the same.
Two can play at that game—how about starting Greek, Italian, French, German, Polish, Scottish, Welsh, Lithuanian, Belgian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish etc., etc., etc. caucuses? Why should the Hispanics be the only ones to wallow in their ethnic pride?
Of course they don’t vote conservative 100% of the time. Just much more frequently than the urban areas do.
