He’s the last chance the GOP has of getting my vote in this election. If your candidate doesn’t have what it takes to win, that’s his problem.

Santorum knows what he’s doing. Getting Romney nominated.

Florida is an important swing State yet Santorum snubs the whole State by taking off early for Nevada.

Santorum is NOT dropping out. Calling for it only wastes oxygen and PO’s his supporters.

He believes in his own candidacy and will continue his campaign until his finances are depleted. Rick’s priority is himself and his wedge issues; he is not concerned about the concept of Conservatism other than how it impacts his specific issues. Seen it too many times; but, it is what it is and it will hurt Gingrich; but, sasdly, that’s politics.

I think it is great to give voters a choice in the primary, which is what primaries are for.

RIck Santorum needs to stay in the race to go after Romney for Romneycare. Gingrich sure can’t seem to do it. He stands there mouth wide open while Romney shocks him time after time. Gingrich then says that he can’t debate someone who lies to him......like Obama won’t. Wake up Gingrich. If you can’t win on your own merits than perhaps you should pack it up and endorse Rick. Yep I am for Newt but after his last debate I just am not 100 percent sure he could debate Obama unless it is totally a Gingrich audience. If there is more Obama audience there, it will startle Gingrich. We will see. Santorum is campaigning in Nevada while Gingrich has not started yet. This race will go into the Summer.

Rick lost his “paragon of virtue” chit when he sold out for Specter.

If I’m going to have to choose a candidate with questionable principles, I’m going to choose one who has proven to be good at beating my enemies.

Your advice applies only if you think Newt should get the nomination.

I don't want Newt anywhere near the nomination; he'll go down in blazing ignominy.

Rick is the path to a brokered convention--Go Rick!!!

Rick Santorum should be out of this race. He has no chance to win and all he is doing is making sure Mitt wins. Maybe he is angling for the VP slot. Otherwise why would he keep on with 12-15% in every race?

Maybe Newt and Romney should get out? Newt has so much bad history you'd think he worked as a baggage handler at an airline, and Romney is a very recent convert to conservatism. Critics could say he's a situational conservative. And I mean I'm just saying why would anyone expect another candidate to get out to pave an easy path for Newt or Romney?

Having said that I'll upset more than a few people by saying I'm supporting Newt, Romney, or Santorum if they're the Republican nominee.

Blame the strong, less flawed candidate for the problems of the flawed??

We knew Santorum was strong on family values, islofascism, amnesty, abortion, and no TARP bailouts. And only this last week, we learned he can fight his ass off in debates too!

We do not need a hot headed amoral yet brilliant narcissist any more, not to beat newt nor Obama.

Ten minutes into the last hour on voting day, and Rush is telling the audience that the Perry vote went to Santorum, and that the Santorum vote will go to Romney if he drops out.

No one likes Newt according to Rush.

Rush wants Newt beat.

Santorum has a nice record of stabbing conservatives in the back for the establishment because he wants a seat in the back of the room to feel important.

His deal with the devil is make the establishment happy so he can, once in a while, give a speech on abortion and not be scowled at.
