the other points i made are
we can't return to a gold standard
who would perform the functions of ‘the fed’
and if he wants to shut down the faa and fcc, then i do have a problem with closing those

naw - he has more than that in mind - like ending the fed - its a mysterious hybrid and we need some kind of checks and balances - but i’m not sure i want harry reid and nancy pelosi having much power over it
levin said it has ONE job - to protect the dollar - but to do that they have lots of stuff they do - the more i read about them the more it spooked me - i do know i don't want politicians using it to get their party reelected - but not sure its possible to have apolitical members
