I am afraid the powers that be will just ignore their own rules, when it benefits their selected candidate.

The MSM will just follow along, rail against Newt and call him a sore loser.

Still, if it's legally binding that the votes are to be allocated as written in the article, then Newt should get his proportion of the candidates. I hope he succeeds.

Newt is a fighter. We need someone like that. I will never vote for mitt.

procedures and rule of law is what makes america great... the establishment must abide by the rules they set forth, even if they assumed they met something else...

this is a good strategy by newt and will benefit santorum and paul too... keeping the race alive... will assure romney not getting the nomination and that a better conservative will prevail...
