GOP Brokered Convention: Which candidate would you prefer?

The way in which he handled legislative pay raises was as spineless as could be. He claims he won’t raise taxes but he did try to raise license fees. He backed down on his positions in both these instances once he received enough blowback. His “ethics” reforms made it tougher for legislators but eased up on his executive branch. He’s constantly out of state pumping up his Republican party credentials.
