Look for the media to paint a very pretty economic picture for the next 9 months. VERY pretty.

I heard David Axelrod on the radio this morning praising Obama for his accomplishment of 22 straight months of positive job growth.
I couldn’t believe it. But they lie shamelessly.

This manipulation of the numbers will persist, but I expect the truth of continued unemployment will be apparent to the voters this fall.

More propaganda from the BLS and the mainstream media to try and get their man Barry Soetoro re-elected. They don’t look at how many people have PERMANENTLY exited the full-time employment market. I know a biologist who works at Target because she can’t get a job in a pharma lab, which can’t be missed in this area by the proverbial swinging dead cat.

No matter what the media says, everyone knows more than one person whose been unemployed for over a year. Or has dropped out of the job seeking market and has given up looking.

Watching this false drop in unemployment is revolting. We are going to be lied to for the next 9 months about how great things are, when things have never been worse in our lifetime. Let’s hope voter’s are not fooled. We have less people employed now than a few years ago.
This is the equivalent of celebrating a 2% cost of living raise when the actual cost of living is going up 4%. We are losing ground, but are supposed to celebrate the progress.

Everyone knew that BO would scam the jobless number and have it below 8% by
Nov. It’s simple. Just take millions of workers who have exhausted their unemployment checks out of the labor force. It may be below 7% if enough workers are no longer counted. This is BO’s Alice-in-Wonderland labor policy and his enablers in the msm will publicize this phony “good news”.
To: John W
Sounds like the numbers are being very artfully manipulated to get that UE rate down to 7% by November.
All hail Socialism!
All hail our Dear Leader!

Hoe did they do it?
1.2 million people dropped out of the labor force in one month.
That's how.
The civilian labor force is now at a 30-year low of 63.7%.

Of course, a record 1.2 million people dropped out of the labor force in one month! And the civilian labor force crashes to a new 30 year low of 63.7%. That's how they get their bogus “unemployment rate” to drop on command. More gubmint BS.

Cool - pretty soon there will be so many jobs that we can all get second jobs, which we will need to make ends meet if the “good news” continues.

Yeah. Right.
If the BLS/Team Obama can continue to manipulate a modest 0.2% drop per month, they will get it magically to 6.9% by November.
The visions of sugar-plums [that shoo-in election] the GOP had dancing in their heads just a few months ago is rapidly dimishing like a puff of smoke.
