I don’t think it’s their fault.
I think the left has purposefully dumbed them down to fit their agenda.
There is no doubt in my mind that this is the case. FR people really need to be brainstorming ideas for methods to push back on that. Sadly, teaching is a career that seems to attract leftists more strongly than conservatives.
