This isn’t a contest of voice and sound, just people trying to express their love to God thru music. Simple and unprofessional.
Also members of a praise and worship bands usually work their regular job and give a minium of 8 hours a week serving God in the band between practice and playing at least 3 services and other church functions. They have a servant’s heart.
