Yes, "Tasha Jamerson" says that there's no evidence that this is a hate crime. Does D.A. now stand for dumb and asinine?

No problem here. I'm sure Eric Holder's Justice Department would disagree vehemently with accusations of a double standard. Remember how diligently he prosecuted this case:

The prisons need filled and the Castle Doctrine will balance what hate crime laws won’t.

The real issue here is why Hechler and Koch 9mm handguns are (mostly) illegal in Philadelphia.

This is poignant.
“Just shouting racial epithets during the commission of a crime doesnt rise to the level of ethnic intimidation.”
Unless you are white then it’s the crime of the millenia.
This will not end well because of this one sided mentality.

tell me why we even have hate-crime laws We have hate-crime laws to accord certain select groups an additional layer of protection under our laws, to elevate their legal status above other groups, and to further divide our society into the X's and the not-X's.
In a rich irony, all this division and stratification is done in the name of "equality."

Suffice to say that many wouldn't believe the levels to which this cancerous PC has risen in the ranks of the otherwise rational.

This reminds me of what happened a long time ago with my girlfriend. Some black kids were playing their music at an obnoxious level while we were on the bus. We asked them to turn the music down, and they didn’t. We moved spots on the bus. They followed us. Then we tried to get off the bus, they followed us off the bus. Then they proceeded to assault my girlfriend and call her racial slurs and call me a “race traitor” before trying to assault me.
Luckily for me, at that time, I was practicing martial arts for 6 years and I dispatched them rather quickly.

DA = DumbAss apparently.
Just switch white and black around in the story and would we still get the same conclusion from the libtards?
