Maybe this judge got a phone call from Denver U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch. He was the judge whose 24 year old daughter "fell" into a Hawaii volcano and died while Matsch was reviewing McVeigh attorney Stephen Jones' request to see secret govt records showing Iraqi complicity in the OKC bombing.
Oh, wait... that couldn't be. They don't have volcanoes in Georgia. < /sarcasm >
