(Tom Brady's wife) Gisele Bundchen blasts Pats WRs

New England Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker was so upset over dropping a crucial pass late in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 21-17 loss to the Giants in Super Bowl XLVI, he nearly started crying at the podium.

Welker isn't going to get any pity from quarterback Tom Brady's wife, Gisele Bundchen, though.

After her prayers for a Patriots' championship went unanswered, Bunchen lashed out at the team's receiving corps for failing to haul in her husband's passes. While waiting for an elevator at Lucas Oil Stadium, Bundchen was being heckled by Giants fans when she spoke to people in her group.

"My husband can not f------ throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times," Bundchen said in a video captured by theinsider.com, a gossip website.

Here’s a cleaned-up version of something cynical I once heard: “Show me a beautiful woman and I’ll show you the man who is tired of sleeping with her.”

“Show me a beautiful woman and I’ll show you a man who is tired of listening to her in exchange for sex.”

There, fixed it for ya!

And I would NEVER marry a woman who felt she needed to keep her own last name. THat is ridiculous.

The New England Patriots were caught videotaping their opponent's signals. It was a clear violation of NFL rules and constituted cheating. They knew it was cheating when they did it and thus will forever be known as cheaters.

From the NFL's Constitution & Bylaws (article 9): "Any use by any club at any time, from the start to the finish of any game in which such club is a participant, of any communications or information-gathering equipment, other than Polaroid-type cameras or field telephones, shall be prohibited, including without limitation videotape machines, telephone tapping, or bugging devices, or any other form of electronic devices that might aid a team during the playing of a game."

If you say that the real Giants fans are generally too classy to heckle somebody’s wife, I’m happy to give you the benefit of the doubt. I must say that I only know one family of Giants fans, but they some of the finest people I’ve ever met.

I can understand why she’ fell all superior about this. After all, she never missed a single one of Brady’s passes.

In general I’m amazed at the bitterness on this thread...

She has a thing for girly men. Brady isn't exactly macho. He squees like girl

and dances like a drunk chick on spring break.

Exactly. What has Brady’s Super Bowl/playoff record been since he’s been with Giz? She is to Brady what Simpson was to Romo.

I was for the Giants but Brady isn’t macho? He goes out there and gets pummeled over and over by 300+ pound linemen trying to tear his head off and smash him into the ground. That’s kind of macho to me.

Big whoop. A bimbo and a soon-to-be-over-the-hill jockstrap. Breaking news. Stop the f*ing presses.

while I’m sure he regrets not making the catch, it would have been a very good grab indeed.

Shit. How much you think Welker is paid to make exactly that catch. Even the shills said, "100 times out of 100, Welker makes that catch."

It should also be pointed out that the Gmen pass rush was relentless.

Yes but the Pats O-Line did a much better job of giving him time in the pocket this time around. They didn't suck like they did in 2007's loss.

Brady has a much better pocket presence now and was able to get time to do what he needed...or dump it if no one was open. He's actually run the ball a lot this year.
