2nd Amendment supporters should make a series of “Mayhem” ads concerning self defense.
Like the Allstate Mayhem Ads.
“I’m a robber, and I have been casing your house all week long. Based off your Anti-Gun Bumper stickers and the City laws that prohibit you from owning a gun I am feeling really good about my heist tonight.”
[breaks into house]
“Even if you call 911 the cops are minutes away, which give me enough time to take all your valuables”
[Homeowner wakes up lights turn on]
Home owner: “Hey what are you doing?”
[Punching, Knifing and Gun Sounds]
“And even if you try to stop me I will always have the upper hand or knife or gun, because I am a Criminal and I don’t care if the Law tells me not to carry a weapon of my own]
[Outside with Bag Loot and Ambulance outside house with covered stretcher taken from house]
“So get your own gun for self defense, or be defenseless from criminal mayhem, like me”
[Mayhem laughs as he walk away]

Sadly, the citizens of Detroit have no one to blame for their circumstances but themselves. They are the people who voted corrupt Democratic politicians and labor union THUGS into power and kept them there for decades. This is the natural outcome of their choices. As for 911; all it is good for is to inform the police where to send the meat wagons to pick up the dead.
Jesse Jackoff, his white scum thug-loving sponsors and Hollywood sh!tbag supporters should be put against a wall, and SHOT.
It often seems that police are put on the streets to make it appear that things are under control, but that the real reason is to provide someone with a government job. What happened in New Orleans after Katrina provides a stark reminder of just how thin the long blue line is: cops in New Orleans abandoned their posts and joined the looters when things got out of hand. Better to have a gun and defend yourself.

Hey, don't sell yourself short, granny! Put in some time at the range (or in an alley - doubt anyone would bat an eye in Detroit anyway) for some target practice, and see if you can take 3 or 4 of them out when/if you get the opportunity.
This is good.
It’s win-win-win.
Individuals take responsibility for their well being, perpetrators get hurt, sometimes permanently,
and hopefully citizens can realize some savings on overpaid, over-pensioned, over unionized police.
If this can work in Detroit, it will work better just about anywhere else.
How it works in most places now is the justice system pretends to punish, criminals pretend to be rehabilitated, and government employees and thugs get innocent peoples money by the bucketful.

Yes it is good news. For the first time ever I almost feel like moving to Detroit. Houses are cheap, hunting is becoming popular, and it sounds like there is plenty to do after dark.
A non-explanation, since 90% of the victims are of the same ethnic persuasion...

You pretty much described the Hollywood precint close to us. They were literally 4 blocks away from the shooting and didn’t respond until an hour passed by.
