I'm not surprised the Fed's here are freeing up monies to do this now. Considering....solar and wind monies have been @#%^#$^# "lost"....back to the DNC.
Now, I'd guess....the nuke guy's are getting in line...and not above taking Fed $$$$.
Playing right into the Obama plan.."Do whatever I have to do energy wise"...to get re-elected.
There was a very quick reply (#11) and even quicker pull by the moderator; so quick I didn't have a chance to see what it was.
There is actually no federal money going to the utility. The Feds gave a loan guarantee which means they will pay off the creditors if SNC defaults on the loan.
