I don't understand this whole controversy. Catholic hospitals aren't forced to give condoms, they aren't forced to even stock condoms. All that is required is that if the janitor wants to use his health insurance to buy some condoms, he should be allowed to. Then again, I never thought it a wise policy to tell the the Africans, who are starving and ravage with AIDS, not to use condoms either. So maybe I am bias against the Catholic tradition of no birth control.

Condoms are not purchased by prescription. It is referring to pills, including Plan B, which is the day after pill. I’m not sure the details involving the insurance covering abortions.

It would be like forcing an atheist to tithe.
